Ekholm previously served as Director of Analysis at the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO) and as Head of Analysis at the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs. Prior to these roles, he held positions with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Employment, the Ministry of Education and Research, and he is currently a Senior Advisor at the Institute for Futures Studies.
