Enabling Digital Inclusion for Elderly and Cognitively Disabled

A case study by SEMTECH

Our

Inspiration

Through a very personal experience, Anders recognized the need for a very easy-to-use communication platform for seniors who might experience cognitive issues or have a difficult time navigating in the ever more complex digital world. After scanning the market and having initial discussions with people in the caregiving arena, it became clear that a good, affordable product was missing.

In parallel, Jeff was exploring and experimenting with new ways to deliver IoT-based solutions that provide force-multiplying benefits across companies and service industries that need to rely on a dwindling pool of highly skilled technicians and laborers.

One day in December of 2022, the two former long-time colleagues had a casual catch-up conversation, and the concept for Måna Care was born.......the rest is history.
